Jaeger-Lecoultre Sihh 2010 Master Compressor Extreme Lab2 Tourbillon Watch
In the psat few years, use different matirals in watchmaking process has been accpeted by many renowned watch producers. Three years ago, on SIHH 2007, Jaeger-LeCoultre presented its Master Compressor Extreme LAB concept tourbillon watch, which, is a revolutionary timepiece for Jaeger-LeCoultre itself and the whole watch industry. All components in it, from inside to outside, used newest technology in the field and Jaeger-LeCoultre’s design patent, fully reflected Jaeger-LeCoultre’s comprehensive power in watchmaking.
Now three years have passed, on SIHH 2010 this week, Jaeger-LeCoultre announced in this week it will release a brand new creation of Master Compressor Extreme LAB tourbillon watch: LAB2. No matter seen from what triangle, Master Compressor Extreme LAB2’s design, color and overall arrangement always are full of sports style and amazingly beautiful: titanium case(rose gold edition also available), diametre is 46.8mm and 16.5mm thick.; black TiVan 15 ceramic bezel matching with rubber-coated crown, besides indicating its durable qualitu but also looking pretty; and it’s dial, although got many sophisticated functions(such as double-digit minute counter) on, watch owners still can tell time easily. Because its hour, minute hands and Arabic numerals are all white, together with red second hands, contrast black background, providing high legibility.
As to its most eye-cathing part, the movement, LAB2 enclosed Calibre 780 and 781 movement(titanium and rose gold different editions), most of these two movements’ features are same, vibrations both are 28,800 per hour, pour reserve both can reach 60 hours, the only difference is, Calibre 781 has more advanced anti-magnetic escapement.
