Whats the best way to train for a 1 on 1 basketball game in one week? Please Help!!?

In a week from now I'm playing in a game against someone that hates me and wants to fight me as an alternative. It will be 1 on 1 on a good outdoor court, losers ball, to 21, with outs. There's going to be a lot of people there to watch and I'm putting $100 on the outcome of the game so its really important to me. I have until Saturday to train for the game, I'm looking to improve my cardio and my basketball skills. I also want to be on an optimum diet. I have EAS Myoplex deluxe shakes already and a pretty healthy selection of food. Thanks in Advance!

alright im not a basketball coach, i just play on the team and am a team captain so ima give u some advice that i know of.

- the most important thing is to NOT get tired easily in a game. whatever game really, a real full game, 3 on 3, 1 on 1.. you do not wanna have urself panting crazily and losing the ball every 5 mins.

- try running tracks every morning, challenge urself. do about 3 laps or sumthing. that's great cardio training.

- get enough sleep before the game. i had 3 hours of sleep before my last game and totally effed up. itll slow u down for sure.

- shoot some hoops. a LOT of hoops. in ur free time, idk if u have hoops at school, at home, anywhere. u wanna make them really accurate.

- get ur friend to help. practice with him by asking him to guard you, and u guarding him. and when you guard someone, what ever happens, do NOT let them get away. they have the ball, your mission is to GET it, GET IT GET IT GET IT! tell yourself that its a must.

- practice those everyday. doesnt have to be long, just til you;re confident about it.
