What is the best exercise to do?
I mean like yoga, pilates, arobics, weightlifting, cardio workout, what? I just need something that is going to tone my arms and legs and make me lose an inch or so around my mid section. what would you suggest?
There all good in their own ways so it depends how long you plang on doing it. For toning your arms you should do light weight lifting but a lot of reps. Doing lots of reps instead of high weights will not make much muscle but it will get your muscles toned. Stomach fat is the hardest fat to lose, that last little flab takes the most work. Best way is to cut out your carb intake and cardio.
