When to drink my Isopure Zero Carb Whey protein?
I workout 4-5 times a week. 2-3 times a week are at 16.30 and 2 times a week are at 20.30. I have been told to drink 30 grams in the moring with breakfast with fruits and another 30 grams just after my workout. But, if I workout at 16.30 then when I come back home I am really hungry and I need to eat lunch-dinner since my last meal was at 14.00. The problem is that I am not supposed to eat after drinking my protein in order to let my body to really good use the protein.
So, when should I drink my proteins? 30 grams in the morning with breakfast and the other 30 grams? Should I drink less quantity through the day, lets say 10 grams at 12.00, 10 grams at 14.00 and 10 grams after my workout?
I am really confused...

Don´t be overly concerned about when you take your Whey protein, just eat when you are hungry and need to. If not you will go into catabolism and that is not what you want!
Your body does not adhere to the clock like you do, give your body the nutrients it needs when it needs them.
Also, there may not be a need for you to rely so heavily on whey protein, have you ever considered stopping that and just eat a good, well balanced diet?
The protein business wants you to believe that you need their stuff so they can sell it to you and make money. Sure, their products are good but I don´t think you need them as bad as they want you to believe!
