The trick is being able to schedule taking both sets of pills. Lipozene™ is taken before meals, while Metabo Up™ should be taken early in the day. Since Metabo Up™ contains stimulants one should avoid taking it prior to bedtime. We should point out that there are many products on the market thatmanage to combine the two types of products in one pill – thereby making their use much simpler.

The first ingredient Green Tea is quickly becoming one of the most popular ingredients in metabolism booster formulas. The second ingredient, Kola-nut, is also a common ingredient found in diet pills. It gained popularity about 10 years ago as an effective stimulant. Caffeine is such a ho-hum ingredient for fat-burning these days – there are better and far more modern ingredients available, that also do a better job without the side-effects of caffeine.

Final Thoughts
The makers of Metabo Up™ have created a package that hits the dieter from both angles; the formulas suppress the appetite and speed up the metabolism with fairly mild ingredients. There doesn’t seem to be any discussion of changing one’s eating habits or beginning an exercise program. These should always accompany the use of a diet pill because they are the only proven methods of weight loss. Moreover, they will enhance the effects of an effective diet pill. The manufacturer doesn’t offer much information on this product, although they do have a website exclusively devoted to Metabo Up™ under construction, but it’s unavailable at this time. We have to question the thinking of presenting two separate products, costing the consumer twice as much and creating more difficulty for the consumer – when there are weight management products that are far better, cheaper and simpler available. It smacks of the almighty dollar in our opinion. Dieters need only to look for a reputable caffeine-less product containing both a fat-burner and an appetite suppressant to combine with diet and exercise. Weight loss does not have to be so hard or costly.
