from a financial point of view, DON' T WASTE YOUR MONEY! from a health point of view, YOU CAN PORTION YOUR OWN FOOD. nutrisystem, jenny craig, la weightloss, WW and others all share basically the same concepts, which are portion size eating to include 6 small meals a day. you can eat healthy on your own by applying the same concepts, to also include exercise and drinking plenty of water. but to answer your question, according to the commericals it appears to work. at any rate, just do your research. especially look at all the preservatives and other stuff they put in those prepacked meals. the sodium content in most prepacked and frozen meals is so ridiculous, it may seem to take forever to loose because you are holding on to so much water. best of luck, hope you accomplish your goal either way.
