Weight Loss Plateau...HELP!!?

Since last march, I have lost 30 lbs. I lost a majority of it between march and june. I hit a platueu around august of last year. I started to lax off working out around November. ( the infamous holiday dinners) and started back up working out and eating right (dilligently) in Jan. Now I am at 140. I have 2 months to loose the rest of the weight I want (10lbs) till my husband and I go to Cancun. I have been drinking slim fasts for breakfast (mostly for the protein) eating a small lunch, (mostly lean gourmets (generic lean cuisines) and then a small bite to eat for dinner. To make a long story short, I have been watching what I eat. I workout at least three times a week. I do boot camp classes twice a week. I am having a REAL issue dropping these last 10 lbs. Its in the sides and inside of my thighs. Everywhere else is toning up great but that. The fronts of my thighs are looking great. What will help with inner and outer thighs and something to get me over this hill!

a great exercise for you inner thighs it squats with your toes pointed out instead of forward - holding freeweights.

the last ten pounds are always the hardest - what works great is switch it up for a day each week. allow yourself more food then your usual diet consists of once a week. it will speed up your metabolism....eating too little it a common reason for plateaus, your body goes into "starvation mode". you need to kick it back into gear every so often...especially if you're working out. trust me - good luck!
