How many calories do you need to burn to gain one Weight Watchers Activity Point?
I know this has been asked before, but the best answer contained essentially the same info as in on WW eTools - that to earn 1 activity point, if you weight up to 149 lbs, you would need to do 35 min of low intensity activity.
This doesn't really do me any good because I have a pedometer that measures my calories, steps, distance, but doesn't tell me how many minutes I spent walking.
Is there a formula I can use to calculate WW Activity Points based on calories burned? Thank you -
