BELLY BURNER: A belt that does what?

WHAT IT IS
The BELLY BURNER is the brainchild of celebrity trainer, Bobby Waldron. Simply stated, it looks to be about an 8 inch wide synthetic fabric belt held on with velcro straps. You just wrap it around your waist and secure with the straps. The theory is that the body’s core temperature is increased by the belt, and this will enhance the fat burning directly under the belt. Using thermal imaging on the TV ad, they even show differences in body temperatures with and without the belt. So, theoretically, you are able to lose ugly belly fat selectively while using the BELLY BURNER.

The folks at BELLY BURNER will let you try it for 30 days for the shipping cost of $7.95. The 30 days begins from the date of shipping, not the day you receive it. If you like it, you may keep it for a one time payment of $39.90. It comes with an exercise DVD, an exercise and food journal, a meal planner and nutrition log, and a calorie counter. If you don’t like it, you may return it within the thirty day period at your expense. It’s interesting to note that only one may be returned per address. So, if you order two and want to send them both back, you’re out of luck in that you will be charged shipping and the full amount for one belt.
DOES IT WORK?
Unfortunately for all of us with belly fat to lose, spot reducing was scientifically disproved over 20 years ago. The closest thing to making it work was the fad of doing a full body wrap with cellophane, but they quit doing that because of dehydration issues. The BELLY BURNER BELT does have value though. Because it does provide support of the abdominal core during exercise, the BELLY BURNER is a great adjunct in maintaining your posture while exercising. The support it lends to the abdominal and back muscles during any exercise may help to prevent muscle strains and injury. So, if you’re looking for good core support while exercising, the BELLY BURNER is for you! Any loss of inches will most likely have to come from your change in diet and increase in calorie burning exercise. Sorry....but there just ain’t no easy way!

Since there may be some out there with nothing better to do than to read my product reviews, I thought I might put a little of me out there for all the world to see.
I retired about 16 years ago after practicing a health science profession for 25 years. We used computers for billing only back then. The hardware and software were not reliable enough to use for complex non-retrievable data; crashes were a weekly occurrence and backups were done at least twice daily. So when I retired, I thought my interaction with computers, although indirect, was over. Boy! Was I mistaken! I mean, what’s an old guy gonna do all day? I tried golf...fun but frustrating! Practice does not lead to perfect in that game! So...I reacquainted myself with the computer. Only this time, on a personal level.
Several years ago, I became fascinated with the products and concepts of “As Seen On TV”. After buying a ton of stuff, most of it useful, my wife said I could provide a worthwhile service by reviewing products and letting the world know my opinion via the internet.
