Grand Master is 8th Dan Black Belt with the WTF (He is around 65 years old, but that's just an estimate)
Other instructors include 6th Dan and 5th Dan.
Instructors participate in class
Instructors are all Korean.

The contract is pretty flexible. Belt fees are $50+ but they never sell you fake things such as WTF certificates under 1st Dan.
Paying to test for a belt in normal... Paying a lot isn't... I pay $15 and if I pass that covers the belt too...
Young black belts (sighs) sadly is too... All I can say is watch them when they do their kata's and during class... If they know what they're doing then hey... Maybe they really did earn it... If they are off messing around, giggling and not paying attention... I won't say that it's automatically a McDojo... But be leary...
As for the contract... Let me ask you a question first... Did they, for free, give you sparing Equipment/uniform??? If they did then I can see a contract because they just gave you 200 bucks worth of stuff and they don't want you to take off and have a Halloween costume and never come back again to train... If they didn't do that then it would depend on what the contract says...
If you move can you get out of it??? If not then don't sign it... Another thing would be ask to go to class for a month (pay for the month with cash/check) if you like the class then sign the contract... But one more thing... NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT FOR MORE THAN A YEAR!!! I won't sign one for more than six months...
I had to do some math for the Grand Master... If he passed every test he ever took after he got his 1st Dan and got his 1st Dan after training for four years, he could have started training as late as 25 years old... So I'll buy it...
I doesn't matter if the guys are Korean...
What caught my eye was actually that the other instructors are 6th and 5th Dans... Typically they would have they're own dojo's....
The tried and true test is if they are affiliated with the World Tae Kwon Do Federation or International Tae Kwon Do Federation... If they are I'd say you are safe...

I checked out the website and it all looks good to me... All the instructors we certified threw the WTF... Sounds good but I just looked at the website... It's on you to go and see for yourself...
